We have been busy running 15 programs and free classes for the Bethune Senior Center, thanks to the sales from Anastasia's shoe collection.
Our 10th Year Gala Milonga and Cruise is only a few weeks away but we have also started planning an exciting Fall schedule, please save the following dates:
Sept 2: Saturday open-level classes will resume at Cameo Studios with Leo and Carla Marano.
Sept 15 - Oct 15: For National Hispanic Heritage Month FoAT was awarded a Creative Learning Grant that will fund 8 workshops and 2 performances at YM&YWHA Inwood and Cothoa Senior Centers. See flyer below.
Oct 26 - Oct 29: FoAT will sponsor the NY Queer Tango Festival. More details to come.

Latin Grammy award winner Pedro Giraudo will be performing two live sets with his trio and
DJ Maria Valentina will have us dancing all night.
We have a $10,000 fundraising goal to celebrate our 10th year anniversary. We have raised about $2500 so far. If you can't attend the Gala but want to help us reach our goal, please consider a donation.
