Dear Friends,

At Friends of Argentine Tango, we have spent more than a decade bringing the joy, connection, and healing power of dance to older adults across New York City.

Through our free tango and social dance programs, we have witnessed how movement, music, and human connection can profoundly improve quality of life for seniors — physically, emotionally, and socially. Many participants tell us these classes help reduce isolation, improve balance and mobility, stimulate memory, and bring renewed joy and confidence into their lives.

Over the past year, we have also expanded this mission through two very meaningful initiatives:

• Adapted Tango for Cancer Survivors

• Tango for Parkinson’s
