About the event
Come for an afternoon of tango therapy and tapas treats.
You’ll be guided with music through simple steps and partner movements that can help improve posture, ease movement, and make everyday transitions feel more natural. Argentine Tango has been shown to support not only physical mobility such as stride length, turning, and movement initiation, but also social connection and emotional well-being. No dance experience is needed—just come ready to move, connect, and enjoy the music in a supportive, upbeat environment. Feel free to bring a partner, or come on your own—partners will be provided so everyone can participate.
